Little by little, yoga took a growing place in my life.
I was taught at the CEFTY and then completed my training in India where I was lucky enough to train at Ashtanga yoga institute in Mysore while Sri Patthabi Jois was still there.
There I was taught up to the third series Advanced A and initiated to the 4th series.
I continue to study and practise yoga by attending workshops, mainly with Matthew Sweeney. I am certified to teach the Moon Sequence as well as the Lion sequence . Level I II and III ????
In paris I have been studying and practising Iyengar Yoga for many years with Corinne et Faeq Biria as well as with Emily Megged.
Teaching and passing down brings me great satisfaction, and the students’ motivation and gratefulness makes me even more willing to share the beauty of yoga and teach it.

I have always been fascinated by bodies in movement, and strongly felt the need to find a discipline that would include both movement and philosophy of life. In that respect, discovering yoga was obvious.
My daily practice has become an essential part of my life, and I believe in yoga’s power to transform.
I am grateful to the teachers I was lucky enough to meet and who still inspire me daily : RDG who has been teaching me since I started yoga and Charley Bensusen whom I had the privilege to assist for 2 years, both teachers whose approach and transmission of yoga I go along with.
Willing to go further down this path I went to the source of Ashtanga yoga and spent a few month studying in the shala Sri Pattabhi Jois created and which is now run by his grandson Sharath Jois.
I continue to attend workshops, such as those with Eddie Stern, whom I was so lucky to meet. It reinforced my belief in yoga with its eternal, therapeutic and joyous dimension .

I first practised Wushu Kung Fu and Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa) a few years ago. I took an instant liking to those two disciplines, which at first seem so different, but which both follow the way to energy through physical and spiritual work.
I am a Kung Fu Black belt and instructor with the Fédération Française de karate, trained to Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga (RYT – 200 Yoga alliance) and attended international workshops with Mark Darby, Sheshadri, Matthew Sweenay…
I teach asanas both traditionally and in a new (original) way.

I started practising yoga about 10 years ago and practising quickly became essential to me.
Encouraged by RDG’s teaching, I continue practising with benevolent teachers (Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga) while completing a teacher training (RYT-200 Yoga Alliance)
In Paris as well as during retreats in Europe or India, Yoga help me balance my daily life, strengthen my body nourishes my mind. Its benefits are so obvious that little by little I felt the desire to pass it down.

While I first considered it as a gym practice, little by little yoga took a growing place in my life. I was lucky enough to follow a first training which was both precise and demanding at the CEFTY (pranayama, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga).
I am interested in all types of yoga and am continuing my training in Hatha yoga as well as in the traditional form of Ashtanga yoga, Mysore, and also attend Yin yoga workshops. Yin yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga.
I am presently completing a RYT-200 Yoga Alliance teacher training with Renan de Germain who guides me on the path of yoga.
Sharing the joy, the energy and the feeling of freedom along with breathing and concentration that I get through my teachers is the outcome of my daily practice.

KALPANA, Indian dancing teacher
Kalpana first learnt western music but discovers Bharata Natyam in 1977 while she was attending a workshop with Malavika. From 1977 to 1979, enthusiastic about the richness of this dancing, Kalpana learns with Malavika and Shakuntala. Then she feels she needs to go to India to immerse herself into the Indian culture and go deeper into her learning of Bharata Natyam. From 1979 to 1991, in Chennai, she learns with the Masters V.S. Muthuswamy Pillai and Kalanidhi Narayanan. She gets a scholarship which enables her to stay in India for several years.
Kalpana has been teaching Bharata Natyam in Paris for over 30 years. Her students are both professionals and non-professionals. She organises workshops in conservatories and dancing centres all over the country. She assists her students on their way to their own creativity and is very careful with their posture and explores the musicality of the body.
