Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the root of all the different types of yoga. It is both a discipline in itself and the perfect base to Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga.
The postures are thoroughy detailed and it allows you to learn the alignments and thus have a better understanding of your body. Breathing is also an essential part of Hatha Yoga.
It can also be therapeutic since the postures make space for the body and give the organs their place again. Each practice ends with pranayama (Breathing) and Savasana (relaxation).
Moreover, postures come from the Indian tradition which gives a cultural and spiritual insight to the practice. Little by little we will deal with chackras.
This class is particularly adapted for beginners.
